Our firm works on a contingent basis - there are no out-of-pocket expenses to you. We're paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful you owe us nothing.

THE PROCESS

First you will speak with one of our recovery professionals and provide us with permission to work your claim. We will provide you with a few forms to authorize us to do so.

After completing your forms, we will have a notary collect it from you and deliver it directly to our processing department to begin recovery of your funds. Claims are usually processed in 4 months and your share of the claim, 70% of the funds collected, are provided to you within 30 days of receipt.
